I have two books hitting bookstores on January 4th. The first, American Voyeur: Dispatches from the Far Reaches of Modern Life, is a collection of my previously published writing. The second is the paperback version of America Anonymous: Eight Addicts in Search of a Life, a narrative account of three years in the lives of eight addicts and a larger exploration of addiction in this country.
